Okay, so I have to confess, I created characters and started animating before I realised I needed to incorporate sign language. However, for now. I'm happy with this outcome. I would've had to of re thought the whole idea, as it was meant to be rather comical, that a snail, is asking a tortoise to slow down. So I kept my idea. Also, the quality is awful, as this is my second time ever using Toon Boom, and the first time was about 5 frames of a hand turning.
