Penryn 800 Character Designs - Thomas Pellow

This design is based on Thomas Pellow whilst in Morocco/Arriving back from Morocco. I based the outfit on the only illustration of Pellow himself, on wikipedia. I then looked up traditional Morocco attire on google to work out a colour scheme!
