Quick Horse Test Shot

Really quick Test shot of Mouse running

This particular design is for my Pre Production Module, and although we're not required to develop a test shot I decided to have a go at making a mouse run. Its really poor animation, but it's a start and really helps to understand the key frames of how a Mouse moves.

James Henry Lizard Designs

My first design wasn't extremely researched. I simply digitally sketched a big eyes reptile trying to stick to the character profile James had provided us with:

Whilst he is wearing a cloak and has an aggravated facial expression, it was clear that he wasn't the 'hot-tempered' character he should be. So I tried again.

I was given some feedback on my previous Lizard design for the James Henry project. The feedback suggested that the initial design was a little too cutesy and whilst there was a look of mischief in his face, the personality described in the brief didn't entirely come through. I attempted another design and played around with his colour and cape. I believe this design looks a lot more like the brief suggests.
This time round I decided to keep the design simple, but focus more on the face, making sure the eyes were more malicious and not as 'cute' as the previous design.
